Summer Rates
* Rates are based on double occupancy add $25 for each additional person (including children)in room (no more than 4 persons per room).
$105.00 Shoulder Season: May and September
$135.00 Peak Season: June, July, and August
* No summer discounts May thru September
Winter Rates
* Rates are based on double occupancy add $20 for each additional person in room (no more than 4 persons per room).
* $75.00 Winter Season: October thru April.
* Reservations are secured by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or travelers cheques.
*Notice of cancellation must be received one week in advance to insure a full refund.
* When making your reservation please let us know how you are getting here: ferry, plane or highway and estimated time of arrival. Special requests (e.g. transportation from ferry, handicap access).
* We prefer to communicate email or fax. Our telephone is very busy! Or, fill out our secure encrypted registration form and upon credit verification your reservations will be booked.
*To reserve three or more rooms, or 5 or more nights we require a 50% non refundable deposit.
